Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the serial number of your Nanlite product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item back in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, modifiers, and protective foam to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping and Labeling

  Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton and use a trackable carrier to send the package to our authorized service center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the equipment's functionality and contents, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
